How long MENTISCRIBE by MENTISERA retains account details, order records, files, messages, invoices, audit logs, and quality notes.
MENTISCRIBE by MENTISERA retains client data and order records only as long as necessary for service delivery, quality assurance, legal, operational, financial, and audit purposes.

- User account details
- Order records
- Invoices
- Payment status
- Uploaded files
- Messages
- Revision history
- Audit logs
- Quality review notes
2. File Retention
Uploaded and delivered files may be retained for a limited period to support revision requests, client support, quality review, dispute handling, and recordkeeping. Recommended defaults: order files for 90-180 days after completion, invoices/payment records according to accounting requirements, and audit logs as long-term internal records.
3. Deletion Requests
Clients may request file deletion or account closure. Some records may be retained where required for legal, financial, dispute, or security reasons.
