1. Before Work Starts
Payment gateway charges may be non-refundable.
- Payment was made by mistake
- Duplicate payment occurred
- Order was rejected by admin
- Client cancels before assignment or work begins
2. After Work Has Started

- Client expected guaranteed grade, approval, or publication
- Client misused the service
- Client requests cancellation after delivery
4. Quality Concerns
If the client has quality concerns, MENTISCRIBE by MENTISERA may first offer revision, clarification, quality review, partial correction, admin review, or replacement editor where appropriate. Refunds are considered only after internal review.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another approved method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
